- French overseas departments or territories
- Military bases
- Addresses outside our supported mainland metropolitan France delivery area

11. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

12. 30-Day Commercial Return Policy

For returns accepted under ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT's stated 30-day commercial return policy:

14. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.
15. Refunds
After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are normally processed by ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT within:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
This 3-business-day period is our commercial processing target and does not restrict applicable statutory refund rights.
16. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

These statutory rights are separate from ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT's 30-day commercial return policy.
Nothing in these Terms reduces or replaces mandatory statutory guarantee rights.
