This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through onyxdeveloppement.shop from ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT.

2. 30-Day Commercial Return Policy

The 30-day commercial return policy does not reduce or replace mandatory consumer rights.

3. Return Conditions

Products returned under our commercial return policy should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, with the accessories and components supplied with the product.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.

Any handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may affect the amount refundable where permitted by applicable law.

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If a product arrives damaged, if the wrong product is received, or if part of an order is missing, please contact:

Where ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT is responsible for the problem, ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT bears the necessary return or replacement shipping costs.

8. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform the customer regarding the refund.

Approved refunds are normally processed by ONYX DEVELOPPEMENT within 3 business days following receipt and inspection of the eligible return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may also depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Our 3-business-day processing target does not restrict any mandatory statutory refund rights.

9. Original Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free for supported orders placed through onyxdeveloppement.shop.

10. Statutory Guarantees

Consumers remain entitled to applicable mandatory statutory guarantees, including the French legal guarantee of conformity and other mandatory rights where applicable.

Our 30-day commercial return policy is additional to these statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.
